Handyman Service Rates
We offer both hourly and fixed-price options, depending on the type of project.
Hourly Service
Within our regular service area, the hourly rate is $110 with a two-hour minimum of $220. The service call fee is included in this minimum.
For approved projects outside our regular service area, a $50 service call fee is added to hourly labor. All pricing is confirmed before scheduling.
Fixed-Price Projects
When the scope of a project can be determined from photos or an on-site inspection, we may provide a written fixed-price estimate.
Once the estimate is approved, the agreed price includes the service call and travel costs for the project location. The price is based on the approved scope of work rather than the number of hours required.
If the customer requests additional work or the scope changes, any price adjustment will be discussed and approved before the additional work begins.
Materials are billed at purchase cost plus 30%. The 30% material charge covers sourcing, pickup, handling and returns. Applicable sales tax is additional.
Free Estimates
All estimates are free. Texting a clear project description and several photos is usually the fastest way to receive an estimate. Larger or more complex projects may require a free on-site evaluation.
